1. Users (“Users”) of this website (“the Website”) agree to provide true, accurate and/or complete information as requested in account registration process. If Butigra Ltd. (“Butigra”) suspects that registration information of Users is false, inaccurate and/or incomplete, Butigra may suspend or terminate such account(s).

2. If Users submit any personal data to Butigra through the Website, Users would grant Butigra an unrestricted, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the said personal data.

3. The Users shall agree that Butigra is free and unconditionally to use the said personal data for any purpose, including carrying out promotion activities, conducting market analysis, distributing promotional materials and/or engaging in any commercial activity with a view to gain profits. If not agreed, Users do not transmit the said personal data to Butigra through the Website.

   用戶同意Butigra可任意和無條件地使用該個人私隱資料作任何用途，包括用作宣傳推廣活動、進行市場分析、派發宣傳資料及/或進行任何可獲取利潤的商業活動。若不同意，用戶則不應通過網站遞交該個人私隱資料給Butigra。

4. Should Users decide to vary, delete and/or withdraw any personal data as submitted to Butigra through the Wesbite, Users can directly vary, update, delete and/or withdraw the same in their online account held with the Website; and/or notify Butigra in writing that his/ her previously submitted personal data be permanently varied, deleted/ withdrawn.

5. Butigra agrees to vary, delete and/or withdraw any personal data which was submitted by the Users through the Website within 7 working days after the Users demand so in writing.

   Butigra同意在用戶發出書面要求的7個工作日內，更改、刪除及/或撤出任何用戶所要求的任何個人私隱資料。
