No part of these contents and materials may be modified, reproduced, stored in computer systems, transmitted, distributed or used in any other way for commercial or public purposes without the Butigra's prior written consent. Requests for permission to reproduce and use any content and material on the Website should be made to Butigra through Contact Us on the Website.

7. Users agree to provide true, accurate and/or complete information as requested in account registration process. If Butigra suspects that registration information of Users is false, inaccurate and/or incomplete, Butigra may suspend or terminate such account(s).

8. If Users submit any personal data, information, concepts, know-how or materials (“the said Information”) to Butigra through the Website, Users would grant Butigra an unrestricted, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the said Information. Also, the Users shall agree that Butigra is free and unconditionally to use the said Information for any purpose, including carrying out promotion activities, conducting market analysis, distributing promotional materials and/or engaging in any commercial activity with a view to gain profits. If not agreed, Users do not transmit the said Information to Butigra through the Website.

Should Users decide to vary, delete and/or withdraw their personal data as submitted to Butigra through the Wesbite, Users can directly vary, update, delete and/or withdraw the same in their online account held with the Website; and/or notify Butigra in writing that his/ her previously submitted personal data be permanently varied, deleted/ withdrawn.

Consequence on the breach of the Terms of Use

17. Users shall not use the Website in a way which would give rise to civil and/or criminal liabilities; or violate laws, regulations or ordinances. Though Butigra has no legal obligation and/or duty to monitor Users’ conducts in using the Website, Butigra may do so from time to time. Butigra may at its own discretion report any suspicious conduct of the Users to law enforcement agents and/or other relevant persons.
